Methods: I combine cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focus and motivational interviewing in helping you establish the changes you want to make in your life. I provide psycho-educational material about the issues you are dealing with and skills and strategies to help you overcome obstacles preventing you from achieving your goals. I am largely future focused and solution oriented but will work on past experiences and perceptions which continue to affect you.
